Being an alternate programs school, all students require a referral from their previous school.

All students are also required to attend an intake meeting with our Registrar or school Administration.

Please discuss all potential referrals with your current school, or the last one attended, as they are required to complete the referral and send it to Central Programs and Services. Once the referral has been received, we will contact you to arrange an intake meeting.

Contact our main office at (250)870-5120 with any questions

Parents, please be prepared with BC government issue ID and proof of address.

New to Central Programs
The BC Ministry of Education requires that all students entering Alternate Education require an intake meeting.
To facilitate these meetings, we require a referral from a students' previous school.

From an In-District School:

Contact your previous school and schedule a meeting with the administration.

If it is decided that Central Programs is the best fit for your child, the administration will complete a referral document and submit it directly to Central Programs.

After receiving the referral document, Central Programs staff will contact you to schedule an intake meeting with our Registrar.
From an Out-of-District School?:

Contact our office in person or by phone at (250)870-5120.

Provide your name, contact information and the name of your previous school.

Our staff will contact your previous school and provide them with a referral document to be completed and submitted to Central Programs.

We recommend that you, also, contact your previous school to discuss this with them and request that they respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.

After receiving the referral document, Central Programs staff will contact you to schedule an intake meeting with our registrar.
